Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and community-oriented family physician to join a well-established Family Health Organization (FHO) in Brampton, Ontario. This opportunity arises due to the planned retirement of a long-standing physician in June 2026.

Practice Highlights:

  • Full-time FHO model with rostered patients
  • Diverse patient population with strong continuity of care with opportunity in LTC
  • EMR: OSCAR Pro
  • Supportive interdisciplinary team and collegial group practice
  • Office staff and infrastructure in place
  • Flexible transition period available
  • Lease transfer or Office building ownership available

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed (or eligible) with the CPSO
  • Committed to comprehensive, longitudinal family medicine
  • Interested in joining a collaborative and inclusive practice

Start Date: Negotiable, ideally Spring 2026 for onboarding
