Clinical Service Contract; eligible for additional remuneration per the Rural Practice Subsidiary Agreement (RSA): recruitment incentive up to $10,000 (pro-rated by FTE); relocation up to $15,000; flat fee $6,508.80; fee premium 4.20%; CME $2,200/year (years 3–4) and $4,400/year (after 4 years).
