Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in and episodic care to patients of all ages
• Build and manage a longitudinal patient panel over time
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and referrals
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with allied health professionals as needed
• Participate in quality improvement and clinic initiatives

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) and completion of residency in Family Medicine
• CCFP designation (or eligibility — new graduates welcome)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Eligible for OHIP billing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to serving a diverse urban community
