Clinic space available for physicians to start their own practices. The clinic is located at 307 Sheppard Ave West, directly off 401, in proximity to Yonge and Sheppard intersection. The neighbourhood is affluent, mostly consistent of young families.  We have a full-time walk-in clinic on site and two experienced family physicians, one of which is also an active Emergency physician with over 30 years of practice in medicine and a passion for sharing their knowledge and skills. We have a wait list of patients looking for a Family Physician and supportive front desk staff, that will manage appointments and patient communications.  All the exam rooms are fully equipped and have windows and direct sun light. We use OSCAR EMR. There is ample free parking on site and a public transport bus stop in front of the clinic.We are happy to provide more information and meet in person on site with anyone interested.
