I am planning to retire, so am looking for a physician to take over my well-established part time practice. The office is located in a small suburban plaza with a lab and pharmacy nearby.  Our office uses the Telus PS Suite EMR. We are part of a 15-physician FHO, spread throughout Kitchener-Waterloo.  There are 4 physicians in our office. We are looking for a physician who would be committed to staying with our office long-term, in order to perpetuate the pleasant camaraderie and good morale we have enjoyed so far.  We each have our own practice but cross-cover for each other and share space/staff/supplies etc.  In order to keep overhead costs down, the physicians do the office management (staffing, payroll, book-keeping, supplies, etc).  Because of this, good team-work skills and initiative are important. The more experienced physician(s) are willing to mentor and help teach the new physician how to do these other office tasks, if necessary.
