This collegial, well-established, full service family practice is looking for a physician to join the team on a locum or permanent basis. One Physician recently retired leaving the clinic with too many patients for current Physicians to care for. Currently, there are 3 Physicians. Clinic has plenty of space to accommodate an additional Physician.

The office is new, clean and modern. Located directly across from Surrey Memorial Hospital and next door to the UPCC. 9 large exam rooms, office area for each Physician. In the same building is a Pharmacy, Xray, multiple specialists with a lab close by. We have a dedicated procedures room for a Physician wanting to do procedures.

Free underground parking for the new Physician included; ideal for someone wanting to do hospital work and avoid paying parking fees at hospital – just walk across the road!

UBC affiliated office with congenial staff and colleagues, who share office overhead. Office open M-F and Saturday mornings. Shared call group. Scheduling is flexible but we are really looking for someone to be part of the team.

Surrey is a fast growing, multi-ethnic community; our patient panel is diverse and reflective of the community around us. We get daily requests for Physicians accepting new patients. New graduates or well-established physicians welcome. Preference for fully licensed Physician but will consider Provisional license. Start as soon as you would like.

Split is 75/25, EMR fees included in this split. EMR office (Intrahealth).

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Provisional); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Desired); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligible (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
