About the Opportunity:
The Medical Clinic is seeking a Family Physician or Specialist (locum or permanent) to join our busy and growing community-based practice in Surrey, BC. We offer a modern, spacious facility and a collaborative team dedicated to preventive, patient-centered care.

Clinic Features:
• 1,500 sq. ft. modern clinic space
• 1 Telehealth Room
• 4 Exam Rooms
• 1 Large Procedure Room
• EMR: Accuro
• Payment Model: Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) model or FFS for specialists. Billing assistance is available if needed.
• Overhead Split: 75/25 (negotiable)
• Clinic Hours: currently Weekdays only, availability for weekends if there is interest

Current Team:
• 1 Family Physician (5 days/week)
• 1 General Surgeon (2–4 shifts/week)
• 2 MOAs + Office Manager
• Additional staffing will be added as needed

• Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)

Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Provisional); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Desired); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligible (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
