You would be joining a team of eight family physicians and two nurse practitioners, supported by registered nurses on-site 12 hours a day, seven days a week, along with an interdisciplinary group that includes social work, a registered dietitian, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. This wraparound model allows you to practice team-based medicine and provide holistic care, while our seven-day-a-week operations help ensure timely access for patients and continuity of care.

Supported by nine experienced medical office assistants, a full-time clinic lead, and a clinic manager. The SOS Health Care Society manages clinic operations, including human resources and financial support, helping to remove administrative burden and allowing providers to focus on patient care. Together, we work to keep operations running smoothly.
