Job Description
FHO/ FHT practice takeover, 1150 patients well managed. Chance to increase roster size, currently 2 days a week. Lots of supports, NP, RPNs, counsellors, chronic care nurse, dedicated staff for billing, IT, referrals, faxes, phones etc. Diabetes clinic and INR clinic help manage these patients. 22 doc group, call is very light. Collegial group, cross coverage for vacations 6-8 weeks.
