PRACTICE SHARING/FHO TAKE-OVER OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to join a practice of approximately 1600 patients, partnering with Dr. Thomas Richard who is looking for someone to share the practice by covering the clinic two days per week and participating in the after hours call schedule starting in the fall of 2025.  The goal would be to transition the entire practice over the course of 2 to 3 years.  Dr. Richard is flexible to have a new physician come on board as a long-term locum, share the patient roster as a part-time Medical Centre partner, or take on the full roster and locum back for the incoming physician.
