FHO Roster takeover

1200-1400 patients - can be taken over by 1 or 2 physicians. Can start Feb 1st or earlier. Option to start a practice under FHO under Income Stabilization as well. 

Our team:

- 21 family physicians (including low risk obstetrics at St. Joe's) across 2 Etobicoke locations.

- 2 specialists: Allergist, Hematologist 

- Pharmacist on site 

- Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Naturopathy, Psychotherapy, Dietician, Audiology, Foot Care clinic in house

Management team: run by Dr. Hinal Sheth (family physician, OMA practice management advisor, Primary Care Council member for West Toronto OHT). We offer continuous support for operating the business side of your practice, inclusive of roster management and helping you optimize your billings to supersede your financial goals. 

• Our in-house Roster Optimization Tool allows physicians to calculate what the difference is if a patient is rostered (accounting for outside use, shadow billing etc.) vs. if the same patient is non-rostered over the past 3 months.
• Our unique leadership team uses the above data, group education sessions, and 1:1 coaching to optimize billings, assist in practice management, and improve physician satisfaction.

Mentorship: Tons of support for a new grad or new physician to the area. Orientation and training session with lead physician to learn about local resources, referrals, optimal billing, office efficiency, and everything you need to know to have a smooth clinic. 20+ physicians on the team who are available for questions or help with patient care.

Culture: Young team of physicians and allied health practitioners who like to have fun. We get together socially for dinners, games nights, rock climbing, fitness challenges, CN Tower climb, etc. A great team!

EMR: Telus PSS, Pomelo online booking, Ocean eReferral, Ocean web forms, Ocean secure messaging

Admin/Nursing support: Our team will triage patients, vitals/measurements for all patients, vaccinations, procedure prep, patient recalls, etc.
