There is a current opportunity to join PrimaCare Family Health Team (FHT) and Family Health Organization (FHO). PrimaCare FHT is comprised of a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, dietitians, and other professionals working to provide collaborative care for its patients. The FHT is based out of Paris, Ontario with offices in Paris, Ayr and St. George. 

 

The FHO group is composed of 8 family physicians and we are recruiting additional family physicians to join our group. We currently all use PS Suite EMR. 

 

At the Ayr site, there is a shared office space available with 1 other family physician. There is shared administrative support available with a competitive overhead (negotiable based on roster size). Ayr is a lovely town with an expanding population There is a currently growing patient wait list available for any interested physician wishing to build a roster. 

Interested candidates must be qualified to practice family medicine (MD, CCFP), and have a current (or be eligible for) a CPSO license to practice in Ontario. Timing is negotiable and supervision is available for interested and committed candidates.
