Clinical Alternate Relationship Plan (ARP) - This ARP is an income guarantee which is determined by FTE definition 214 days of service = 1.0 FTE valued at a maximum amount of $436,094.61 per annum. Additional payment may be eligible through the RRNP (Rural & Remote Northern Program) at a rate of 20.9%.

Fee for Service On Call Stipend – Physicians are remunerated for being on call. Clinical Service Contract

Fee-for-Service; 0.2 FTE (7.5 hours/week). Office space, supplies, and administrative support provided at no cost.
