We are seeking a compassionate and experienced General Physician - Family Medicine Doctor to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions effectively, ensuring continuity of care.
- Collaborate with specialists and allied healthcare professionals for patient referrals and interdisciplinary care plans.
- Conduct medical examinations for MTO (Ministry of Transportation Ontario) requirements and other routine assessments.
- Administer vaccinations and support preventative care initiatives.
- Utilize our advanced digital tools to offer seamless virtual consultations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine in Ontario with a current membership in the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Certification in Family Medicine (CFPC designation preferred).
- Proven experience in family medicine or primary care settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telemedicine platforms is an asset.
