Job Description
An established, high-volume internal medicine clinic in Niagara Falls is seeking a General Internist to join a well-supported, community-based practice. This opportunity offers immediate access to an existing referral base, allowing rapid ramp-up and strong earning potential without the need to build a practice independently. The position is ideal for physicians seeking a clinic-focused role with flexibility and no hospital obligations.
Practice Details:
• Independent contractor model (fee-for-service)
• Flexible scheduling (typically 4–5 days/week)
• No hospital call or inpatient responsibilities
• Established referral network
• Fully staffed clinic with experienced administrative support
• Modern EMR and efficient office workflows
Qualifications:
• Royal College certification in Internal Medicine (or equivalent)
• Eligible for CPSO independent licensure
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Interest in community-based internal medicine
Compensation is fee-for-service through OHIP. Expected billings vary by scope and volume. Illustrative gross annual billings may range from approximately $400K to $700K+, with overhead 20%, resulting in estimated net income of approximately $320,000 to $560,000 before personal taxes and individual practice expenses.
