We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient care, possess strong medical knowledge, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Assess and manage urgent care cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Stay informed about current medical practices and advancements.
**Qualifications:**
- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Valid medical license to practice in Ontario.
- **Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi is mandatory** to effectively communicate with our patient population.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
