I am looking for a locum family physician to cover my practice in a FHO for my 5-6 week vacation.  Ideally covering 5-6 weeks between July 6 - Aug 28, 2026.   My practice is located across the street from the Yonge/Davisville subway station and also has included underground parking.  

My clinic hours are:

- Mon, Tues, Thursday from 9:30 - 12:30 and 1:30 - 4:30

- Friday from 9:30 - 12:30

- Afterhours clinics (AHC): I am scheduled to do the AHC from July 13 - 19 (Mon-Thurs: 5-8pm and Sat + Sun 3 hours each day). More AHC options are available during the summer if you'd like to help out one of my colleagues.                                                                                                                            

There is some flexibility in hours, days, etc.  Appointments are a combination of in-person and phone.  Our office has an EMR (OscarPro with cortico plug-in for patient communication) and excellent admin staff. Laboratory, ECG, and imaging are steps down the road.  There are 2 other lovely and supportive physicians in the FHO.

You would be paid per half clinic, plus shadow billing and 100% 3rd party billings.  As part of the FHO+ billing, you will also be able to bill admin hours. Locums do NOT pay overhead.  I have a wonderful practice with a large proportion of women, but see everything from newborns to elderly care.
