Potential salary $500,871.00; Contracted position (inclusive of 220 week days per contract year and equitable portion of on-call).

Remuneration by service contract (Clinical Service Contract) at a rate set provincially by the Ministry of Health.

Fee-for-Service; 80/20 physician/clinic split.

Clinical Service Contract; Relocation assistance for 1.0 FTE: $9,000–$15,000 (with eligible receipts); incentives subject to change

Paid through Locums of Rural BC. Guaranteed daily rate $1,627/shift + MOCAP. Travel, accommodation, and car rental covered. Travel stipend $250–$1,500 based on time (maximum $1,500 per round trip).

Alternate Payment Plan (APP); designated Level "A" under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA). Additional funding/incentives: MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program), REEF (Rural Emergency Enhancement Funding), REAP (Rural Education Action Plan), RCME (Rural Continuing Medical Education). Relocation funding: $15,000 (from outside Canada); $12,000 (from within Canada but outside BC); $9,000 (within BC).

Fee-for-service; Rural Continuing Medical Education allowance $1,800–$7,800/year; Rural Education Action Plan (REAP) available; Moving allowance (up to $15,000 if moving from outside Canada; $12,000 if moving within Canada but outside BC; $9,000 if moving within BC); Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) funding subject to change.

Fee-for-Service; Estimated yearly remuneration: $750,000+; $35,798 annual bonus (flat fee); $20,000 signing bonus; Moving/relocation allowance $9,000–$15,000 (benefits note: $15,000 if relocating from outside Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC); 23.10% MSP premium on all billings; RCME funding available; Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) funding available.
