LTC panels remunerated through the LFP model or fee-for-service; LTCI payments including after-hours participation ($1,000 weekday shifts; $1,400 weekend shifts), sessional payments for mentorship/events/quality improvement projects, and other LTCI incentive payments.

Relocation Assistance is provided. Starting remuneration is commensurate with the level of fellowship training and experience, ranging from $375,535.00 to $436,847.00.

Compensation will be provided through a contract in accordance with the Department of Family Medicine AMHSP arrangement. Details will be discussed with successful applicants.

Flights within BC funded; personal use of vehicle reimbursed at $0.63/km; fully furnished locum accommodation provided; may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including a 22.82% Retention Premium.

Income Guarantee Option 1 (includes FFS, RRP, and MOCAP): Morning 0600-1400 $2,820/weekday, $2,972/weekend; Afternoon 1400-2100 $2,417/weekday, $2,569/weekend; Night 2100-0600 $3,376 (weekday or weekend). Travel and accommodation covered; travel stipend $250–$1,500 (maximum $1,500 per round trip). Option 2 (No income guarantee): FFS estimated $3,380–$4,030/shift (includes $1,000 shift stipend, 21.70% MSP premium, and $25.68 MOCAP). May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement including 21.70% retention premium.

Up to $3,500/shift + MOCAP + REEF; based on an hourly rate while providing on-site care. Travel and accommodation covered; travel stipend $250–$1,500 (maximum $1,500 per round trip). Alternative Payment Arrangement. May be eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement remuneration including 23.38% retention premium.

Alternative Payment Arrangement; locum rates vary from $2,294.48 (weekday shift) to $3,561 (weekend/evening/overnight), including RRP and after-hours premiums; travel, accommodation and rental car covered; may be eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement incentives (Retention Premium 12.6%, Retention Flat Fee $19,121).

Weekly rates: 55-hour week (clinical care hours) $15,531 (APP $12,636 + FPE 25.62% $3,168). ED shifts receive additional on-call compensation through MOCAP and REEF. After Hours Premiums (AHP) available (enhanced by Rural Retention Program Fee-Premium-Equivalent 25.62%). Travel expenses covered: round-trip flights (home–YVR–Bella Coola), meal per diems on travel days, and housing provided at no cost.
