This Locum opportunity runs 1700 Sun Dec 22 - 1700 Fri Jan 3. Mileage reimbursement and accommodation is provided for Locums.  Compensation is FFS + on call stipend.  Opportunity to cover all beds for the full two weeks, if desired.    See details of Unit below. 

Outside of regular locums:  We are seeking 1 Internal Medicine Hospitalists to provide care for our in-patient medical unit.  Working on a rotating 7 day schedule, you would cover our 38-bed Floor (includes 4 bed Telemetry Unit) from 1700 Fri-1700 Fri.  Our successful candidates will possess full licensure in the Internal Medicine designation in the province of Ontario and have current ACLS. Experience in providing Internal Medicine care and geriatric care in a rural setting would be an asset.

Potential to earn in excess of $14k/week with FFS billings + HOCC stipend per diem on call.  Our 24hr Emerg provides a stream of consultations and/or admissions.  Proposals for the provision of additional on-site services, e.g. weekly clinics, will also be considered.
