TORONTO FHO Permanent Position Available

We are looking for a family physician to join our FHO at HealthSource Medical Clinic! We have a great, supportive practice with 5 physicians and experienced support staff in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood (Dupont Ave/Bathurst St). Some more details about the practice (www.hsmedical.ca):

•    A roster of about 1000 patients (from a Doc who relocated) with room to increase if desired via active waiting list of over 2000

•    A great mix of full spectrum care, including many women's health and young families

•    Collegial support and a Physician Assistant to help with inbox, patient care, paps, etc.

•    Oscar Pro EMR, Ocean patient booking and messaging system and PatientServ 3rd party billing platform

•    Free FHO position w blended capitation model, physician owned with supportive and collegial staff

•    Competitive remuneration (negotiable).
