Vernon is located at the north end of Okanagan Lake, 20 km from Silver Star Mountain (voted B.C.’s best family ski mountain) and Sovereign Lake Nordic Center (regarded to be amongst the top 3 cross-country ski facilities in North America). Gentle winter weather in Vernon with early and extended ski season. Excellent mountain and road biking, hiking, lake recreation and golfing. Grow grapes and peppers in your own garden! Accommodation is still affordable! 30 minutes north of Kelowna International Airport and UBC Okanagan (home of the UBC Southern Medical Campus with teaching opportunities available).
We are an established, well-run clinic with 8 physicians providing longitudinal family practice, including long-term care. Inpatient care and maternity care are optional. The opportunity to work in a co-located addiction clinic is also available. Supportive MOA staff (4 onsite) to ensure a smooth welcome and integration into the practice.

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
