The South Okanagan Similkameen Division of Family Practice and the SOS Health Care Society provide administrative and coordination support to enable a sustainable, team-based model.
The CIS team is a highly collaborative group, with a strong culture of peer support and shared problem-solving. It is well-suited to physicians early in practice who value mentorship and team-based care, as well as experienced providers looking to join a stable and collegial inpatient team.
A small amount of community-based family practice must be maintained to support billing eligibility requirements, with flexibility in how this is arranged.
Located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, Penticton offers an exceptional lifestyle with easy access to lakes, mountains, and a vibrant community.
