Alternative Payment Arrangement

Fee-for-Service. Eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives: Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (full-time); Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000; Fee Premium 4.20%; Annual Flat Fee $6,508.80; Rural CME funding (starting $3,000/year in years 3–4, up to $6,000/year thereafter).
