Verismo Health Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Internal Medicine Specialist to join our team at the SV Care Clinic in Amherstburg. With 9 well-equipped exam rooms and a fully furnished environment, you'll have the resources you need to provide exceptional internal medicine care to adult patients in the Windsor-Essex region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging studies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
• Manage patients with multiple comorbidities, coordinating care across specialties as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.

Collaborate with the clinic's medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, patient-centred care.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license in the province of Ontario (CPSO).
• Board certification in Internal Medicine (FRCPC or equivalent).
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
