About Unify Health

Unify Health is a physician-owned, integrated multidisciplinary medical centre founded in 2021 that has rapidly grown to over 55 physicians across multiple specialties. We are currently seeking part-time Internists or Internal Medicine Subspecialists like Rheumatologists, Hepatologists and Hematologists etc to join our expanding Internal Medicine team, with opportunities to work both virtually and in-person based on your preferred practice style and schedule.

With an established midtown Toronto location and planned expansion into Markham and Durham, Unify Health offers a modern, collaborative environment focused on efficient, patient-centred ambulatory care. New graduates are welcome.

The Opportunity

We are seeking Internists interested in flexible ambulatory Internal Medicine practice within a highly integrated multidisciplinary setting. Physicians can choose to work remotely, in person, or a combination of both, with approximately 80% of consultations able to be completed virtually on your own schedule.

Many physicians in the program are currently earning over $300 per hour remotely, with some exceeding this depending on availability, efficiency, and caseload.

You will have flexibility to tailor your practice to presentations you are most comfortable managing, with common referrals including:

• Iron deficiency anemia
• Minor hematologic abnormalities
• Mild liver enzyme elevation/transaminitis
• Leukopenia and other routine bloodwork abnormalities
• General ambulatory Internal Medicine consultations

Our model is designed to maximize physician efficiency while maintaining high-quality patient care. Physicians benefit from:

You will work collaboratively alongside on-site Cardiology, Family Medicine, Allergy, Dermatology, ENT, Plastic Surgery, and allied health teams within a truly integrated care environment.

Efficient ambulatory consultative medicine with substantial administrative support allows many physicians to generate strong hourly earnings while maintaining schedule flexibility. Most physicians making >$300 per hour remotely.

Collaborative Multidisciplinary Environment

Work alongside experienced Internists, Cardiologists, Surgeons, Allergists, Family Doctors, Dermatologists, and other specialists in a collegial physician-led setting.
