About Unify Health

Unify Health is a rapidly growing physician-owned integrated multidisciplinary medical centre founded in 2021, now home to over 55 physicians across a wide range of specialties. We are currently seeking an ENT Surgeon/Otolaryngologist to join our expanding team as we continue to grow our established midtown Toronto location and plan expansion into Markham and Durham in the coming months.

Our integrated ambulatory model brings specialists, family physicians, and allied health professionals together in one collaborative environment focused on improving access, efficiency, and patient experience.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated ENT physician interested in building a modern ambulatory Otolaryngology practice within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary setting. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexibility to tailor clinic schedules based on your interests and availability.

The practice offers a strong referral base from a large network of family physicians and specialists, with opportunities to focus on general ENT consultations, rapid-access assessments, and office-based procedures.

Our clinic is fully equipped with:

• Flexible nasolaryngoscopy equipment on site
• ENT microscope on site
• Dedicated procedure space
• Full administrative and clinical support
• AI-assisted scribing/documentation support
• Integrated referral and triage workflows

You will work closely alongside Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Allergy/Immunology, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, and allied health professionals in a collegial and highly integrated environment.
