About the Opportunity
We are seeking a CPSO-approved Interventional Chronic Pain Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking to build and grow a thriving pain practice within a highly supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive assessment and interventional management of patients with chronic pain conditions. The physician will work in a modern clinical setting with access to procedural space, dedicated administrative support, and an established referral network.
This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking long-term growth, practice independence, and a stable stream of patients in a professionally managed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Perform interventional pain procedures within scope of practice
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life
- Collaborate with allied health professionals and referring physicians as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with CPSO standards
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Qualifications
- CPSO independent licence or eligibility to practise in Ontario
- Fellowship training or experience in Interventional Chronic Pain Management
- CMPA coverage in good standing
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, ethical, and patient-centred care
