Position Overview

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive assessment and interventional management of patients with chronic pain conditions. The physician will work in a modern clinical setting with access to procedural space, dedicated administrative support, and an established referral network.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform interventional pain procedures within scope of practice
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and referring physicians as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with CPSO standards
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient care initiatives

Qualifications

• CPSO independent licence or eligibility to practise in Ontario
• Fellowship training or experience in Interventional Chronic Pain Management
• CMPA coverage in good standing
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, ethical, and patient-centred care
