An established 5-member FHO on the Stoney Creek Mountain is seeking additional physicians to join their group-practice FHO (flexible start dates available). With a waitlist of available patients and flexibility in scheduling, this is an excellent opportunity for 1-2 physicians looking to build a practice to fit their preferences within a well-supported FHO.

The building is a one stop integrative healthcare centre that hosts a wealth of on-site amenities including x-ray and ultrasound, blood lab (Dynacare), chiropractor, physical therapy, chiropody, dental & orthodontist, clinical research, diabetes management, hearing lab, homeopathy & naturopathic services, massage therapy, optometry, pharmacy, and physiotherapy. The site also includes access to a variety of specialists including ENT, neurology, allergy and immunology, endocrinology, respirology, vascular/endovascular surgery, cardiology, and fertility.

The building is located on the Stoney Creek Mountain, an area that has many new home developments and is located approximately 10 minutes from the fast-growing town of Binbrook. Front door access to buses and an abundance of free parking makes this location easily accessible to patients.

With over 22 exam rooms for the group, each physician will have access to a minimum of 2-3 exam rooms per shift and a private office. The practice is also supported by an experienced administrative team including an office manager who handles staffing and scheduling, 3 reception staff, 3 staff for appointment bookings, and 1 medical office assistant per 2 physicians. Patient records are managed electronically using Telus PS Suite EMR.

The practice operates under a managed practice model which offers competitive overhead covering all of your practice management needs (billing, EMR, reception, lease, advertising for new patients etc.). This opportunity will allow you to hit the ground running and focus on practicing medicine without the stress typically associated with managing the business side of family practice.
