Job Description: Seeking an experienced physician to join our 15+ team of medical and paramedical professionals in Hamilton, Ontario. At our clinic, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality medical care to a diverse patient population in a supportive and state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive episodic care, including patient consultations, examinations, and treatment of acute conditions. Perform minor procedures and preventive care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely medical records using our electronic Health record (EHR) system.
- Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree.
- Valid license to practice in Ontario (CPSO) OR immediately with Ontario equivalency.
- Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or equivalent.
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-centred approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
