It has excellent street exposure as it faces both Jane street and Sheppard ave directly and has the bus stop on the plaza property. It is in the same mall and is directly adjacent to both a grocery store and a bank (TD bank). This is a very busy location that a walk-in clinic/family practice can most definitely take advantage of. There is currently a pharmacy practicing on site, with a waiting list for patients looking for a family doctor, as there is a great need in the area for a physician.
