Join our well-established family practice in Wasaga Beach (part of the Georgian Bay FHO/FHT), taking over for a physician who is moving.

Wasaga Beach is a growing community in South Georgian Bay. We are home to the world’s longest freshwater beach, close to skiing at Blue Mountain, and endless hiking, biking and other outdoor activities. The area has family-friendly activities, excellent local restaurants and only 1.5 hours from Toronto.

·     Current patient roster 1,200-1,300

·     4 clinical days per week

·     No hospital-based responsibilities, however opportunities for hospitalist/emerg/surgical assist work are available

·     Low after-hours clinic requirement as we are part of a large FHO

·     PS Suite EMR (with e-prescribing integrated with 35 local pharmacies)

·     Family Health Team support (diabetes educators, mental health counselling, smoking cessation program, etc.)

·     Low overhead

·     Wonderful team of family doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners and admin!
