WellnessRX Pharmacy, located in the heart of Bradford, is expanding our wellness offerings and seeking a Family Physician to join our newly built clinic space. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, collaborative, and community-focused medical professional to grow their practice in a modern, wellness-forward environment.

Your Role:

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient base
• Conduct consultations, assessments, and follow-ups
• Work autonomously while collaborating with the in-house team
• Maintain EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Build and grow your patient roster at your own pace

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Proof of liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in integrative or holistic care is a bonus

Rental Terms (Choose Your Fit):

• Flat Monthly Rate: Starting from $1,200/month
• Split Model: Keep up to 70% of billings
• Hybrid Options Available
