Job Description
Red House Vision Centre is a well-established and reputable eye care provider in Oshawa, Ontario, providing the community with optometry, ophthalmology, and optical services since 1989. We love working with all members of the community - from kids to seniors, and everyone in between - and we always take the time to ensure that our patients and customers receive only the highest level of service and products.
Position Profile:
Red House Vision Centre is seeking a team-oriented and skilled General Ophthalmologist to become a valuable member of our ophthalmology team on a permanent part-time basis (1-2 days per week, but is negotiable). Our team is fully committed to delivering top-notch healthcare to our patients, and we are looking for a professional who is equally dedicated. This specialist will become a part of our community-based Ophthalmology practice, operating on a competitive fee-for-service split in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
The practice will provide the Ophthalmologist with all resources including an existing patient base making it an efficient and turn-key operation.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants must be licensed to practice Ophthalmology in Ontario. The ideal candidate is expected to be a collaborative team member capable of effective communication with patients, colleagues, staff, and management. They should also demonstrate commitment to delivering top-quality patient and family-centered care.
The specific start date for this position can be negotiated, and applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
