Ottawa West Four Rivers OHT is piloting a door-to-door service matching physicians interested in working in our Ottawa region with clinics committed to providing mentorship and support in the transition process. We are not a recruitment agency. Our project offers a continuum of physician-led, personalized support throughout licensure, immigration, transitioning to practicing and living in Ottawa. The project is funded by our Ontario Health Team, which itself is funded through the Ontario Government's Primary Care Action Team.

We are expanding the pilot to include a number of additional clinics in the Ottawa area. Supervision is available, if required.
