About the Opportunity

The Headache, Migraine & Concussion Centre is a growing, community-based pain clinic with an established referral network and a significant backlog of patients requiring consultation and treatment.

We are seeking an Anesthesiologist or Physician with an interest in chronic pain to join our team in a flexible, low-commitment role.

Why This Role Is Different

This is not a traditional associate position.

• Start with 1 day per week (scale to 2–3 if desired)
• No patient panel responsibility
• No hospital call
• Structured to allow immediate clinical activity and revenue generation
• Strong administrative and referral support

Clinical Focus

• Chronic pain consultations
• Botox for chronic migraine
• Nerve blocks (as applicable to current scope)
• Medication management and follow-ups

Physicians can begin with consultations and expand procedural work based on comfort and scope.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Background in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, or related field
• Interested in a flexible, clinic-based model
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
