Job Description
Seeking locum for part-time coverage 1.5 days per week. I will be returning from mat leave and working 2 full days per week. Small practice (approx 800 patients) with range of kids, adults, seniors. Per diem rate ($500/half day) + 100% WSIB and 3rd party billings. Looking for coverage for 6 months. Very collegial group of 4 family physicians. Affiliated with Don Mills Family Health Team located upstairs with access to dietician, RN, RPN, NP, social work.
