Exciting Practice Takeover (Retiring) Opportunity for FAMILY Physicians

A well-established medical practice, operating successfully for over 30 years, is seeking one or two dedicated physicians to take over and continue its legacy. This thriving practice serves a patient base of between 2000 to 2500 patients. It is fully staffed and operational within a large medical building and has its dedicated unit. The building includes various specialties, life labs, imaging services, a pharmacy and more. 

As part of a well-structured Family Health Organization (FHO), the practice generates approximately $600,000 annually in OHIP billings. Additionally, the current physician generates an extra $400,000 per year through long-term care and other specialized services, which they are willing to mentor and transition to the right candidate(s).

This opportunity may be ideal for two full-time physicians or one full-time physician supported by an experienced physician assistant, who is already part of the existing team. The total annual billing, including FHO and additional services, reaches approximately $1,000,000.

The current physician plans to retire by the summer of 2025 and is open to providing supervision through pathway programs if required. Details regarding operational and transition costs can be discussed with qualified candidates.
