Qualifications:

• Independent license or eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Certification in Psychiatry by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent)
• Eligible for CPSO supervision (for IMGs, if applicable)
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Commitment to providing equitable, evidence-based mental health care
