Job Description
Looking for long-term locum for December 2024 for 6-12 months (flexible end date) to cover a maternity leave, with possibility of takeover. About 3 half days per week are needed, mix of virtual and in person appointments.
FHO Toronto subway indoor access, Yonge/Sheppard, Hullmark Centre, locum for FHO Family Physician with a roster of about 750 well-managed and well-trained patients. Patient complexity is relatively low - skew towards younger female patients. Access bonus has been significantly positive for the past 12 months. Screenings and charts up to date and clear. This is a great opportunity to work in a high need area with a collegial, supportive team of ten family physicians and a consultant pediatrician. Newly built state-of-the-art clinic space. Supportive staff who will take vitals before appointment. Ten exam rooms, with full PSS EMR, secure messaging/online booking/PSS video. Female physician and Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is an asset.
