Weld Street Clinic is seeking a Family Physician to join Dr. Waite 2–3 days a week, with the option to take over the practice in the future if desired.

This small Family Practice clinic operates out of a renovated rancher home in the heart of Parksville, BC. You’ll be working alongside two other physicians.

Dr. Waite’s patient panel includes approximately 1,200 patients, with plenty of room to expand if you’re looking to grow your own practice. Whether you're seeking work-life balance with part-time hours or interested in a full practice takeover, this opportunity offers flexibility in a thriving community.

$4000-$5000 monthly

Benefits

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) including:

Recruitment Incentive- $10,000.
Fee Premium- 4.62%.
Annual Flat Fee- $7,159.68
Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
