This balanced and sustainable practice currently operates four days per week, 9am–5 pm, with patients booked every 15 minutes and an even mix of approximately 50% in-person and 50% Telehealth visits. There is no on-call requirement and no obstetrics, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

After three rewarding years in practice, I am relocating from Victoria for family reasons and am seeking a physician to assume my well-established panel of approximately 700 patients within this cohesive group of seven supportive family physicians. The clinic has a collaborative, team-based environment and is actively involved in the teaching of medical students and residents. Additional support is available through the Primary Care Network, including mental health and social work consultation services. This is a fully paperless practice with over 30 years of EMR experience, currently utilizing the powerful and user-friendly Intrahealth Profile EMR system. Features include online patient booking, integrated faxing and messaging, SMS communication, digital laboratory and hospital report integration, Pharmacare eForms, and CareConnect connectivity.

The clinic is supported by an exceptional team of five experienced role-based MOAs and is located in a modern professional medical/dental building.
