Alternative Payment Arrangement; Eligible for Rural Subsidy agreement: Fee Premium 6.93%; Annual Flat Fee $10,739.52; Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (pro-rated for FTE); Relocation costs up to $15,000 (depending on location); Rural CME: Years 3 & 4 - $3,000/annum, after 4 years - $6,000/annum.

• Competitive Hourly remuneration through Clinical ARP. Time used for charting, form completion and chart review for clinical preparation are considered billable. • Extensive administrative and operational support through Primary Care Alberta. Minimal overhead costs to the provider

Remuneration for ICU work will be through a combination of clinical alternate relationship plan (ARP) funding model and fee-for-service (FFS) model. At the present time, twelve to sixteen weeks of ICU service per year will be expected split between the two sites

Salary Range between $375,000 and $425,000. Fee for service compensation would be provided with a split arrangement of 30/70.
