Fee-for-service (FFS); competitive split model 75/25; 100% of applicable panel and quality incentive payments paid to physicians; business cost premium support; minimum patient flow support; flexible payment models

$2,118.86 per 24-hour day (8 hours on site plus after-hours call where assigned); Emergency call stipend (per the Saskatchewan Emergency Coverage Program); Mileage $0.5555/km (one round trip per assignment); Travel time $20/hour (one round trip per assignment); Accommodations up to $200/night.

Alternative Payment Arrangement; physician-friendly overhead model with flexible options including traditional 75/25 split, independent practice model, and room rental arrangements.

Fee-for-Service; rural incentives available (subject to change); eligibility for student loan forgiveness programs for candidates with BC or Canada student loans; compensation figures based on a full-time position and may be prorated for part-time work.
