$298,763.20 - $345,888.80 per contract year (4-step primary health care compensation grid for 0.8 FTE inclusive of 176 clinic days per year and on-call requirements). Emergency room coverage remunerated at $255.96 per hour under the Rural Emergency Room Agreement for Services.
