Fee-for-Service; eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including Retention Premium 8.12% and Retention Flat Fee $12,584; outreach clinic provincial funding support through NITAOP and the RSLP.

Clinical Service Contract under Physician Master Agreement (Full Scope placement $302,113–$377,641; Rural Retention Program Premium 22.26%; compensation scaled to FTE). Additional incentives and new-to-practice debt relief may apply. Family Physicians are not required to contribute to overhead.

Fee-for-Service; paid on-call coverage
