Blended Capitation

Class 3 on the WRHA-Churchill Health Region Employers and Doctors Manitoba Collective Agreement salary scale; comprehensive benefits provided through Healthcare Employee Benefits (HEB) Manitoba including paid vacation, sick leave, pension and other benefits.

Payment model: most physicians using LFP; Fee-for-Service (FFS) option available. Overhead expected to be a fixed monthly rate (final rate forthcoming).

Salaried (salary) — salaried physicians with benefits, municipal pension plan, vacation accrual and statutory holidays.

Compensation An excellent remuneration package including relocation assistance is provided. Starting remuneration is commensurate with the level of fellowship training and experience. Remuneration range for a Pathologist in Alberta is $375,535.00 to $436,847.00.
