Permanent Family Physician Opportunity – Established Group in Brockville, ON

The Opportunity: Join an established, amicable group of three Family Physicians looking for a permanent fourth colleague to share the care of an existing patient roster. This is a "turnkey" practice opportunity: you will step into a full roster of 1,400 patients with active Electronic Medical Records (Practice Solutions) from day one. There is no need to roster new patients or utilize income stabilization programs—you will have full earning potential immediately.

Practice Structure & Lifestyle:

• Collaborative Environment: We pride ourselves on seamless cross-coverage among the partners.
• Work-Life Balance: We ensure a minimum of six weeks of vacation annually to ensure burnout prevention and lifestyle balance.
• Affiliations: Clinic is part of a 15-physician Family Health Organization (FHO) and operates within the supportive umbrella of a Family Health Team (FHT), providing access to allied health professionals. (You would be 16th)
• On-Call: 1 evening clinic every two weeks and 1 Saturday in 16 (approx).

Financials:

• Remuneration: 100% of billings belong to the physician (no income splitting).
• Overhead: Office overhead of approximately 33%. (no buy-in) (4-way-split)

Hospital Privileges:

• Hospital Work: We are located near a Community Hospital with a definite need for FP Hospitalists.
• Emergency Medicine: Opportunities for Emergency Department shifts are available for appropriately trained candidates.
