Position Overview:

The Executive Health Physician is a key member of the Medpoint medical team, responsible for delivering high-quality, client-focused health assessments for corporate and individual executive clients. The physician will lead comprehensive medical evaluations and provide actionable, preventive health advice to help clients achieve optimal well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive executive medical assessments, including detailed medical history, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.

• Review and evaluate lab work, imaging, cardiovascular testing, and other diagnostics with a focus on preventive and lifestyle medicine.

• Provide clear, personalized medical recommendations and health optimization plans for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists (nutritionists, kinesiologists, mental health providers) to deliver holistic care.

• Engage in regular follow-up consultations, ensuring continuity of care and progress monitoring.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical programs and services within the Executive Health Department.

• Stay current with the latest in preventive medicine, executive health trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and licensed to practice in Ontario.

• Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or equivalent.

• Experience in executive, preventive, or occupational medicine is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and bedside manner skills.

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously within a team-based environment.
