Executive Health Physician
Location: Medpoint Health Care Centre – Burlington, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports to: Medical Director

Position Overview:
The Executive Health Physician is a key member of the Medpoint medical team, responsible for delivering high-quality, client-focused health assessments for corporate and individual executive clients. The physician will lead comprehensive medical evaluations and provide actionable, preventive health advice to help clients achieve optimal well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive executive medical assessments, including detailed medical history, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
Review and evaluate lab work, imaging, cardiovascular testing, and other diagnostics with a focus on preventive and lifestyle medicine.
Provide clear, personalized medical recommendations and health optimization plans for each client.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists (nutritionists, kinesiologists, mental health providers) to deliver holistic care.
Engage in regular follow-up consultations, ensuring continuity of care and progress monitoring.
Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical programs and services within the Executive Health Department.
Stay current with the latest in preventive medicine, executive health trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and licensed to practice in Ontario.
Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or equivalent.
Experience in executive, preventive, or occupational medicine is strongly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and bedside manner skills.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously within a team-based environment.
