The successful candidate will join the staff at St. Joseph’s Healthcare, Hamilton (SJHH), including three MIGS trained surgeons. Our MIGS surgical group provides regional and local consultation for complex gynecologic surgeries and has strong collaborative relationships with our on-site multidisciplinary surgical and diagnostic imaging services including interventional radiology. The group has launched the first gynecologic robotics program in Hamilton and has a McMaster Fellowship Program in MIGS. SJHH covers approximately 3,200 deliveries per year.

The position start date will be 2026 and can be negotiated with the successful candidate.

The successful candidate is expected to have experience and commitment to teaching all levels of learners, including medical students, residents, and clinical fellows, and will provide leadership and training to future physicians. The candidate will be expected to fully participate in all appropriate departmental and divisional administrative and educational activities. The candidate must have demonstrated capability and interest in clinical research and show evidence of a history of research productivity to align with the departmental academic mission and vision.
