Job Description

Well-established community family medicine practice. Roster size 800-900. Part of North Simcoe Family Health Organization (FHO). Supported by North Simcoe Family Health Team (Immunizations, Diabetes Education, Psychotherapy, Dietitian, etc.)


Digital health enabled - online booking and apt reminders (OCEAN), AI scribe, fully digital records (EMR Accuro QHR), efficient clinical work-flows with well-trained, highly-experienced MOA.


New clinic building (established 2023) Georgian Winds - shared space with other family physicians, physiotherapy, sportsmed etc. Website: essentialmd.ca


Minimum 1-full day (2-half days) per week on-site. 15-30 minute appointments. Flexible duration (minimum 1 month). Additional options include: long-term locum, practice-sharing, new practice depending on your interest and goals. Also: flexibility and optionality for ED, hospitalist, teaching. 


Compensation: competitive and negotiable: starting $600+ per half day + OHIP billings/shadow billings + uninsured services. +additional for inbox management and/or after-hours.


I’m looking for a dedicated family physician comfortable with broad-scope community-based family medicine to provide care for my patient panel during my paternity leave.
